Restrictions

All advertisements will be reviewed by WineXplorer.com and are subject to approval before placement on the site. WineXplorer reserves the right to refuse any advertising request. Advertising is accepted and published entirely on the consideration that the advertiser and/or agency indemnifies and saves WineXplorer harmless from any claims or suits based upon any aspect of subject matter of the advertisement. WineXplorer reserves the right to reject advertisements considered unacceptable as to wording, appearance, and content or for any other reason.

Terms

Net due with Insertion Order. Prepayment in full is required for all ad placements. The prepaid advance is applied against actual traffic. If traffic exceeds the projections, advertisers will be notified and asked to pay an additional amount to cover the excess. If insufficient advertising is delivered, excess payments can be applied to future advertising. 15% discount to recognize advertising agencies.
